What we most liked about this very French house was that it was extremely peaceful and rural in its setting, with swifts darting in and out of the nearby barns, but still very close to a village with useful shops, post office etc – just a few minutes away (Ploubalay). The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and the house itself was attractive, spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water in the showers and comfortable beds. The tennis court was fairly basic, but really good fun to have the use of. There were many interesting places to visit nearby, and lovely beaches just a short car-ride away. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay.
